Shopping mall website - features, neccessities, essentials.

Our company, SRA India Pvt. Ltd. was involved in the analysis and development of a website for the famous mall in Bangalore. We have developed a very useful website for the mall.
The features a mall website should have are as follows:
A Website for the users, using which the users can see the latest happenings in the mall.
An interface for the administrators of the website to change the contents to keep the mall website up-to-date with latest happenings in the mall.
The website for the user should be as follow:
1. Mall Information: About mall, Feedback, Locate Us, Contact US, Mall Services, Leasing information, Branding and Ads, News Archival.
2. Car Parking related information.
3. Events conducted in the mall with access to earlier events.
4. Gift voucher details.
5. Store directory access with search option.
6. Listing of all the stores with quick information regarding the sales and new arrivals.
7. Restaurant details.
8. Movies information.
9. Sales related information,
10. Information regarding the new arrivals in the stores.
11. Information related to the careers in the mall with respect to stores or mall itself.
12. And facility for the users to get registered to receive the information from mall.
Administrators interface should have below features:
1. Add / modify malls
2. Select mall and get the information editing page.
3. Admin should be able to get the list of all feedback entered by user and should be able to forward it to the management if the feedback makes sense and track the feedback status online.
4. Admin should be able to manipulate the location details of the mall if required.
5. Admin should be able to manipulate address and contact numbers at any point in time, but it has to be approved by the superiors, which should be just a click job for the management.
6. Admin should be able to manipulate the information at any time.
7. Admin should be able to manipulate the information at any time.
8. Admin should be able to see a list of branding requests registered in the website. And forward them to the related manager for further processing.
9. Admin should be able to add/modify/delete the news articles, with images of the news paper cutouts.
10. Manipulate the floor information with attaching the floor mapping image as available in the website currently.
11. This option should be able to be checked by the admin, if checked and if the cron job is configured, the system should automatically send the mails to all the registered user, only those will get the mail who have agreed to receive the mails from mall.
12. Maintain the categories of stores available in the mall.
13. Admin should be able to add or remove a menu option dynamically.
14. Admin should be able to check the mall status, the status information are the number of times the website is loaded in any machine till time. Online status of the mall.
15. Facility to see the recent transactions in the website. If you find something is modified in the website, by going here, you should be able to check who and when was something changed.
16. Employee information system, where any admin should be able to locate any other employee if he/she is registered as an employee through mall website. In future there may be multiple malls, and many more employees working for the group of malls. Here an admin should be able to search based on multiple keys to locate other employee.
17. Manipulate the department, this should be related to the employee information system of the website.
18. Branding slots manipulations. You should be able to maintain information of all the branding slots available in the mall premises.
19. Manipulation of branding related customer information.Here the admin should be able to enter the brandig allotment details, so that the amdin should be able to receive the reminders of when the branding lease are getting over.
20. Admin should be able to be able to manipulate the event information, by entering the complete event information with the pictures taken during the events conducted. The admin should be able to arrange the order in which user should be able to see the images uploaded for a particular event.
21. Admin should be able to see a list of event proposals from various users. Admin should be able to pass on the information to the related manager for further processing. The event proposed should be able to be tracked till it should be rejected/conducted in the mall.
22. Admin should be able to at any time add any new denomination of the gift vouchers, if introduced at mall. should be able to modify the information or delete gift vouchers, if it no longer exists.
23. Admin should be able to manipulate the store information.
24. Using the floor picures admin should be able to save the location information on the floor image into the database, which should then read at the user side to highlight the area when the store is selected.
25. The process of entering the store information should be spread ito 2 page activities. 1st page should be to enter the brief information and 2nd should be to locate the store in the floor map image.
26. This page should be a combination of the store information as well as sales/new arrivals. If admin has added any sales/new arrivals for the stores, then user should be able to be able to see a tick mark in the list.
27. Admin should be able to get a count of online visits to each and every store.
28. Admin should be able to manipulate the movie information in the mall for the selected theater. Note: Website should allow having multiple theaters in a single mall (like, INOX, PVR, etc., in a single mall, having multiple screens in a theater)
29. Admin should be able to allocate or de-allocate tickets for a specific theater/screen/movie/show/
30. Admin should be able to manipulate the theaters in the selected mall.
31. Admin should be able to manipulate the screens in the selected mall and theater.
32. Admin should be able to manipulate the sales information.
33. Admin should be able to send the individual sales information to all the registered users
34. Admin should be able to manipulate the new arrivals information.
35. Admin should be able to send the individual new arrivals information to all the registered users.
36. Admin should be able to manipulate the careers information
37. Admin should be able to register another admin.
38. Super admin should be able to get a list of other administrators registered in the website. Super admin should be able to manipulate the information of Normal admin (for store manipulations) and movies admin (for manipulating the movies information)
39. Admin should be able to allocate the mall and or stores to the normal administrators and movies administrators.
40. Admin should be able to import the users via a excel sheet to the website.
41. Admin should be able to export all the user information into an excel sheet for various reasons.
